The
Bede BD-5 Micro was a small single-seater with rear-mounted
engine and pusher prop that first flew in 1971. Intended for
home-builders, more than
5,000 sets of drawings and kits were sold. Due to
consistent troubles with powerplants, only a few were actually
built.
A turbojet version, the BD-5J was also produced. |
