General Electric F110

The Engine  Specifications 
 
Using the core of the F101 and originally designated the F101DFE (derivative fighter engine), the F110 was first introduced on the F-16 in 1984.  The F110 became the replacement engine for the F-14 Tomcat and continues to be the engine of choice for most F-16 fighters.

Turbine: 2-stage low pressure and 1-stage high pressure
