earliest use of the Nakajima Sakae (that I've been able to
find) is on the Nakajima B5N2 "Kate" in 1939.
Sakae (Glory) was the Imperial Navy designation
for this engine. The Imperial Army used the designations Ha-25,
Ha-105 and Ha-115.
Over 30,000 units were built.
