The
Cessna Model 210 first flew in 1957 and featured retractable
landing gear. Improvements over the years include more
powerful engines (the Continental
IO-520-A), turbocharging and a pressurized cabin. The
turbocharged Centurion holds several world records for its class
including time-to-height and absolute altitude.
Production ceased in 1986 after almost 8,500 had been made. |
