missiles. TCM is part of Teledyne Technologies.
History
1960: Teledyne Technologies is formed to
apply digital technology to communications.
1969: Teledyne acquires Ryan
Aeronautical and renames the company Teledyne
Ryan Aeronautical. Teledyne also acquires Continental
Motors and renames that company Teledyne Continental Motors.
1999: Teledyne Ryan is acquired by Northrop
Grumman. Teledyne Continental Motors remains with Teledyne
Technologies.
