            History
            1980:  The electronics & defense
            industry company Raytheon acquires Beech
            Aircraft Corporation.
            1993: Raytheon acquires Raytheon Corporate
            Jets (producers of the Hawker jet line) from  British
            Aerospace.
            1994: Beech and Raytheon Corporate Jets are
            merged to form Raytheon Aircraft.
2007:
            Raytheon sells its aircraft operations.  The new company is
            named Hawker Beechcraft.
